ADMISSION TERMS AND CONDITIONS
- The minimum age for admission shall be 17 years on or before 31st Dec. of the year in which admission is sought.
- The maximum age for admission shall be 30 years.
- The minimum educational requirements shall be the passing of : Higher Secondary school certificate Examination (12 years course), 12th class or . central board higher secondary education or a recognized equivalent public examination. Subjects of study must be equivalent to those prescribed by the CBSE for the class XII.
PASSING, GRADING & CERTIFICATION
- Pass marks for each nursing subject on aggregate will be 50%
- A candidate has to pass in theory and practical exam separately in each of the paper.
- Maximum number of attempts permitted for each paper three including first attempt.
- Maximum duration of completion of the course — 2 years

Certificate will be issued on successful completion of training requirement. Qualified ANMs have to be registered by the Maharashtra Nursing Councils under the provision of the State Nursing Councils and Indian Nursing Council Act as ANMs, before joining services as a qualified Female Health worker and to practice as ANM.

- Appreciate the concept of holistic health and understand the influence of socio economic and environmental factors on the health status of the community.
- Identify health problems / needs and resources in the community and mobilize social support for active participation of the community in health care activities.
- Provide preventive, promotive, restorative and emergency health care to individuals and community as required.
- Provide treatment for minor ailments.
- Provide skilled care to all neonates in community and refer neonates at risk to the lio the appropriate levels.
- Render skilled child care services at home, clinic and school.
- Guide / Train birth attendants, Anganwadi workers (AWW)s, other
- community health activist and volunteers.
- Provide need-based information and counseling related to health of individuals, family and groups.
- Participate in all the National Health and Family Welfare Programmes at community level.
- Act as a team member in the health care delivery system.
- Co-ordinate and collaborate with other health team members and community based organizations, Non-Govt. organizations (NGO) and village administration.
- Manage the health center including equipment’s and supplies, and maintain the records in order to provide quality based people friendly services.
- Updates knowledge and skills for professional and personal growth.

Guidelines For Selection
- Application to the course will be provisionally selected on order of merit, which will be based on the aggregate marks in the qualifying H.S.C. examination.
- Selection will be based in order of merit.
Payment of course fees — on admission entire fees are to be paid.
Cancellation of Admission
If any applicant who is offered admission does not report or pay the prescribed fees within the date specified in the notice of admission, the offer will be treated as cancelled and seat will be offered to the next eligible applicant from the merit list. Candidates unable to report for genuine reasons, should intimate the Principle by telephone on the same day. However they are expected to report on the next day by 12 noon, failing admission offer will be cancelled.
Hostel Accommodation
Hostel facility is available to the students as per need and suitability.
- Each student has to meet the expenses towards the replacement of any part of the tube light it goes out of order. Mess charges and Health charges are subject to change without notice.
- Messing changes are to be paid in advance every month by 10 of each month. There is a late fee fine for all dues paid after 10 of any month_ The late fee fine will be charged. i.e. a minimum of Rs. 5/- per day.
- In case the last day of paying fees of any month happens to be a holiday or Sunday, the fee should be paid following that day.
Students are expected to abide by the rules and regulation provided to them al the time of admission.
